I’ve always believed that no one should pay for something they don’t understand, especially when it comes to insurance. Too often, people end up with coverage they didn’t ask for, or gaps they didn’t even know existed. That’s why the way we do things here is simple: we slow it down, ask the right questions, and make sure everything makes sense before anything moves forward.

I’m Kari Jones, a ranch girl from the Sandhills of Nebraska who found home in Montana. Since 2008, I’ve built my agency around one idea: people deserve straight answers and a team that takes the time to get it right.

Around here, it’s not about rushing decisions. It’s about helping you understand what you have, what you might be missing, and making sure it all lines up with your life.

Before becoming an agent, I spent time working in customer service and property management, along with experiences that took me from a major theme park to a fishing resort in Alaska. Those chapters taught me how to work with people from all walks of life and reinforced something I still carry into my work today: listen first, then act. Every conversation matters, and every situation is different.

That same mindset shapes how my team shows up every day. We take the time to walk through options, explain things in plain language, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. It’s not about adding more. It’s about making sure what’s there actually makes sense for you. Because when you understand what you have, you can move forward with confidence.

Being part of the Billings community means a lot to me. This is a place full of hardworking people who look out for each other, and I’m proud to do the same. I stay involved by supporting local businesses, serving on boards, and showing up for the people and organizations that make this community what it is.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me doing something active, working out, playing volleyball, or traveling when I get the chance. I’ve competed in Spartan races across the country, but I also enjoy slowing down with a good book, music, or time in the kitchen.
